RBD COCONUT OIL

Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) Coconut Oil is produced from crude coconut oil through refining processes that remove impurities, odor, and color. It is clear, odorless, and neutral in taste, making it widely used in cooking, baking, processed foods, and as a base oil in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

    • Appearance: Clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid

    • Odor & Taste Odorless, neutral taste

    • Free Fatty Acids (FFA) ≤ 0.1% (as lauric acid)

    • Moisture & Impurities ≤ 0.1%

    • Peroxide Value ≤ 1.0 meq O₂/kg

    • Iodine Value (Wijs) 6 – 11

    • Saponification Value 248 – 265

    • Shelf Life 18–24 months (cool, dry storage).
